1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Sanand Learning Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Users below 18 require parental consent.
2. Description of Service
Sanand Learning Hub provides online educational content including video lectures, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests for competitive examinations including JKPSI, JKSSB, UPSC, and SSC. The Platform is operated by Prajvel Saini and Sneh Saini, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Accounts found to be shared or used for commercial redistribution will be terminated.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the subscribed content. Contact us at prajvel@mail.sanandlearning.com.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
- Share login credentials with others
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
- Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, videos, questions, mock tests, and study materials — is the intellectual property of Sanand Learning Hub or its licensors. No content may be downloaded, recorded, or redistributed without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the content will ensure exam success.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid content ceases immediately; data is handled per our Data Retention Policy.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the relevant Consumer Forum.
